Was it not Hinduttava terrorism that killed Gandhi ?

No, Mr Rajnath Singh, the fight against terrorism cannot be won without identifying specific groups indulging in terrorism. The words Islamic terrorism and Muslim terrorism were being freely used but when Hemant Karkarey and his team exposed terrorist acts of Hinduttava brigade , Sangh parivar has strong objections to associating any religion or community with terrorism.

Hindu and Hinduism are names for follower and religion and so are Muslim and Islam and these are meant to uplift a man and have nothing to do with politics and terrorism.

Hinduttava and Islamism are the ideologies developed to grab political power and build a State on their principles. These ideologues brain wash people, start training camps and recruit armies. These groups were active decades before Independence and Partition . Because of ideology and their sympathizers in government, Islamists in Pakistan and Hinduttava brigade in India has support of administration, police and security agencies and have support from Media. These have infiltrated professions and judiciary too.

The riots before, during and after Partition were their handwork. The riots since then, massacres of  Dalits time to time, demolition of Babri Masjid, riots thereafter, Mumbai serial blasts,Godhra and Gujarat and attack on  Parliament, Samjhauta express blasts, Mumbai 26/11 etc all were their work. After Hinduttava terrorism, it were Sikhs who took the path of terrorism. Indian Muslims joined the path after demolition of Babri Masjid in 1992 and when Shiv Sena with connivance of police was targetting them and there was no end to it.

So Mr Rajnath Singh, Islamist terrorism and Hinduttava terrorism need to be identified so that we could wean younger generation from them and could build a new India.

Then there are three real issues beyond terrorism.

First is caste inequality, injustices against Dalits and Adivasis. We must enlarge our hearts and consider all marginalized people, adivasis and people of border States as our brothers and real groundwork is needed. It is also likely that Sangh parivar wants to keep Dalits and Backwards under Sawarn hegemony and so it plays communal card. It may be as there are marriage alliances with Muslims even by its leaders, it has cordial relations with Muslim VIPs, affluent Muslims, Muslim public figures and Muslim actors and actresses. All its intolerance with poor Muslim masses. Of course, Muslim masses need to be freed from orthodoxy and fanaticism – freed from maulvis grip and madarsas education. For that purpose, an alliance must be made between educated Hindus and Muslims to modernize both communities instead of issuing inflammatory speedhes and engineering riots and implicating falsely Muslim youths and languishing them in prisons.

Then is the Marxist reality – the Capitalist class feeds both Islamists and Hinduttava leaders . It is said in a dinner party hosted by Sahara, Pravin Togadia rushed to embrace  entering Bukhari. Thus these leaders issue inflammatory statements time to time to divide the masses to prevent masses coming together against Capitalist.

Then is the US and others arms business interests that flourish upon wars between nations, insurgencies and terrorism.

Finally, there is need to abolish death penalty and to review, release and rehabilitate those who are languishing in prisons, on their affidavit and surety given by their families and community. Let us build a new modern India where every boy and girl could flourish.

Who is going to advise Indian Muslims, their maulvis and leaders

The best course of action for Muslim boys and girls is to get educated, have a job and live a happy family life with monogamy and planned family. Their role model must be persons like Prof Abdus Salam, one of the World’s top physicist and a devout practising Muslim.

Unfortunately young Muslims are being taught to observe purdah by girls and beard and namaz in mosque for boys. They are being taught to obey their maulvis.

In India, there is a section of mischievous persons who devise new and new demands to tease and harass Muslims and sometimes matter erupts and with connivance of police they victimize Muslims. All this can be faced and avoided with prudence and if Muslims adopt path of education and socioeconomic uplift then they will be able to live in peace.

Their maulvis and leaders bring them on streets and on path of confrontation. First it was Shahbano case where a lone divorced woman won maintenance from Supreme Court but it was presented as interference in shariah and people were brought on streets. Rajiv Gandhi replied by getting locks of disputed Babri Masjid opened and performed shila nyas for Ram temple. This was hijacked by BJP and it got majority support since then. Babri Masjid got demolished and some riots occured. Shiv Sena started systematic campaign of harassing Muslims with connivance of police and administration. There was no end in sight. At that juncture instead of leaders adopting negotiations with secular liberal elements of majority community and exhausting various legal judicial options some men took the path of violence and this led to serial Mumbai blasts that overshadowed all the mischiefs of Muslim baiters.

The path is still open for Muslims, their maulvis and leaders :

1.     Don’t come on street. Don’t obstruct traffic or disturb civic life and peace.

2.     Don’t resort to violence that makes you worthy for all injustices.

3.     Exhaust legal judicial processes and lobbying.

4.     Teach Muslim boys and girls is to get educated, have a job and live a happy family life with monogamy and planned family and to have their role model must be persons like Prof Abdus Salam, one of the World’s top physicist and a devout practicing Muslim.

Will anyone heed ?

When you hang to convey a loud message

It is Gabbar Singh in Sholay who sends dead body of son of a blind maulvi back on mule to village as a warning. You hang someone to convey a loud message that India is not a soft target and cross border terrorism will not be tolerated at any cost. So you hang though you know that Afzal or Yakub were not main culprit but as message is more important than truth or innocence of a person so you hang him. So you kill principle of ‘satyamen Jayate’(Truth shall prevail') first and hang later.

All the institutions of modern state evolved gradually as a result of centuries of deep thinking by European thinkers, philosophers and jurists and everything is done under principles and procedures.

In Pakistan, Jamaat Islami has infiltrated all institutions and in India Sangh parivar has infilterated every institution so now in these two countries there are dedicated cadres first and administrators, lawyers, judges and doctors later.   So all these persons are betraying principles of their respective professions. They have no regard for principles and procedures evolved through hard thinking of centuries.

Then in this cadred government, someone at higher level decides something witty as perhaps he decided that Yakub will be hanged on his date of birth. Nature decided date of birth, he decided date of execution. So all formalities and procedures were to be completed before that. There was no value for procedures as outcome was already decided and so Judges will dispose the case in the night before and ot does not matter that family be informed as in case of Afzal and it does not matter whether last wish is fulfilled because date is fixed and everything is unimportant except the loud message. All processes and procedures become just farce/.
