Are you Inequalist and therefore pro-Evil ?

There are three evils in modern World continuing from past:

1.     Gender inequality and subjugation of women

2.     Caste inequality and exploitation of weaker castes

3.     Racial inequality and injustices to Blacks.

We inherited unjust attitudes and prejudices from past generations and we opened our eyes in such environment. But many persons could shed away these prejudices because they applied ideal of Truth and Good, also imbibed from past and learned in school and colleges and after reading rationalist and humanist thoughts.

So all my friends, class mates and colleagues got both these things:

1.     prejudices from their family, community and religious books and sermons;

2.     ideal of Truth and Good from their schools and studies.

Some could successfully reject first and adopted second and these are Equalists and pro-good and they are sympathizers with struggle of feminists, LGBT, Dalits and Blacks.

Others rejected second and adopted first and these are  Inequalists and pro-evil and these are sympathizers of ISIS or Sangh, as the case be, and they hate liberals, Rights activists and Dalits and Blacks. They become enemy of each other too as are fanatic Muslims and Sanghis otherwise they are same in their psychological make-up and many times we see them embracing each other – both are enemy of feminists, LGBT, Dalits and Blacks. They use cloak of religion and mask of nationalism to perpetuate inequality.

It is not possible that one professes equality of one sort and practices inequality of other sorts. Those Muslims who practice gender inequality they also practiced caste inequality in contradiction to their religion – all human beings are children of one parent! Such Muslims remain fake secularists, fake humanists, fake atheists, fake Marxists, fake Communists, fake Feminists and may show their true colours at spur of a moment in some demanding situation ! And Sanghis who practice caste inequality and pose as anti-Islam have Muslim friends and son-in-laws in their family and also pronounce gender bias ! That is why many vocal and active persons in India are believers in caste inequality so they are fake secularist, fake humanists, fake atheists, fake Marxists, fake Communists, fake Feminists and may show their true colours at spur of a moment in some demanding situation !   So an educated Muslim will have to reject divorce, polygamy and purdah if he wants to be true secularist, true humanist, true atheist, true Marxist, true Communist, and true Feminist.

And an educated Hindu will have to reject caste inequality if he wants to be true secularist, true humanist, true atheist, true Marxist, true Communist, and true Feminist.

Hopefully mankind will advance forward on the path of humanity leaving those inequalists and haters behind.

So shed away all prejudices and join the ranks of equalists.

Are Congress-BJP co-conspirators to end Reservations?

The political conspiracies must be exposed and thwarted to make democracy true. The government must be dismissed if ruling party or coalition acts against its manifesto and poll promises. It is great cheating to win election on development plank and to do things against interests of any large section of voters.

AS in case of Babri mosque demolition, the RSS decided for it, capitalists agreed to it, the Congress bowed out, BJP came into power to accomplish the deed and then pro-capitalist Congress staged com back on promise of restoration of mosque, never to be fulfilled. All conspirators got chance to laugh in their sleeves.

This time perhaps again RSS decided, the capitalists agreed, Congress bowed out thanks to EVM that returned leaders of Congress and other important leaders and gave majority to BJP. Now Reservations may be ended, government may fall in its aftermath, former Congress MPs in BJP fold may defect, pro-capitalists Mother-Son will stage come back on promise of restoration of Reservations, never to be fulfilled. All conspirators will again have chance to laugh in their sleeves.

Fraudulent Calls and SMS

The fraudulent calls and SMS are rampant. We get warnings from financial bodies and government bodies not to respond to such calls. But this is not enough. There must be a system to lodge complaint and to verify the facts. I tried to find out any such facility in India but failed to find out.

My relative received one call from a number 08130383717:

You (mine relative) have accrued a bonus of Rs 160480 for your (mine relative) for your matured LIC policy. If you don’t claim it then this amount will be deposited in account of your agent who conducted your policy. If you want this amount given by Global Value ....... (not heard last name properly) then you will have to pay Rs 20500, out of which Rs 20000 is refundable and 500 is registration fee.

Similar calls have been received by my brother-in-law and his colleagues. There is a facility of free national and international calls and SMS on the Net, perhaps those who subscribe to it they disclose their names and phone numbers. In another fraud, my brother-in-law received a call from his son’s number but as voice was different and accent different so he got suspicious and confirmed from his son who said he had not called. Thus call numbers and our contact names along with them all may be fraudulent. So beware and demand for complaint, verification and legal action to check frauds.  

Gujarat Experiment 2015 – that may be repeated all over

During BJP rule in UP, a man was loudly complaining “ they asked us to attack and kill Muslims and we obeyed them and smeared our hands with blood. Now in power, when we go to ask some favour, Minister talks of “neeti” and “niyam”.

This is what Sangh does – incites backward people then becomes so called “milk bathed”.

After Gujarat 2002, they used to boast of repeating the experiment in all States.

The same people whom they befooled, incited and so called “showed green gardens” may turn upon them.

Still there is time, say goodbye to communal politics , make a broad platform including all communities and castes and based upon principles of Scientific truth, humanity and welfare of all.

Why most of my colleagues are pro-Modi/ pro-BJP and why they are wrong on this account ?

Why most of educated middle class upper caste Hindus are now pro-Modi/ pro-BJP now while about two decades ago they were pro-Congress ?

For this change, Congress and Muslim leadership are responsible. The basic reason are two Pakistans :

1.     External Pakistan , a neighbouring country, that has been infiltrated and dominated by Jamaate Islami and needs that it governance be handed over to UN for sometimes till modern outlook people take the reins. The same may be needed here if Hinduttava brigate infiltrates and dominate governance in India.

2.     Internal Pakistan of Abdulla Bukhari and Owaisi and all orthodox fanatic Muslims and their madarsas.

Both these Pakistans are hateworthy but educated middle class upper caste Hindus are more wrong in attempting to counter them through anti-Muslim, anti-Islam Hinduttava forces because these elements are simply cheat and selfish people as is unfolding everyday.

There was a real historical person who thought that if people are brought to believe in after-life and heaven and hell then they will do good and shun evil and if they come to believe all human beings as children of one parent then there will be peace among them. But things turned out to be different as is evident from history of 1400 years and present surge of violence and terrorism in his name.

Muslims are not double mind in this because they seriously believe in Allah, Rasool and Quran based upon testimony of one real historical person and a supposedly unaltered book handed over by him.

Allah was an Arabic name derived from Al Ilaha ( The God ) and not a proper noun as is believed by Muslims. If it had been real name of some God then this name should have  been told by Moses and Jesus as proper names remain almost same in every language.

Rasool Allah means sent by God and  Jibrail means bondman of God and so again these are general phrases though specifically believed by Muslims.

There is  no such thing here in India and thanks there is no such real historical person and single book here. Here are multiple stories and multiple authors.

 Your most real thing is caste and caste inequality and it is not only false but evil too and most evil thing in history of mankind. So you are wrong and evil both.

Science proves falsehood of race and caste and confirms likeness of all human beings and so Muslims are at least near to one truth and you are nowhere.

We can subdue both Pakistans by truth of Science and humanity and not by some other fiction. We must stand against gender inequality and caste inequality. We must take the stand that nobody knows whether there is anything beyond this World and this life and there is no need to bother about all that and must work to make a better World now and here.

We must say that faith in some entity is not going to help. It is non-violence, peace, kindness, mercy, love and Scientific knowledge and technological development that has helped mankind and makes this a better World.

Most of Indians are part of some gang

The Indians are religious/ spiritual people and religion and spirituality preach dependency and following some guru/ ulma. Thus most of Indians are unable to think ‘what is Truth’ and ‘what is Good’ and they seek some guru or aalim. This search encompasses all aspects of Worldly life – security, jobs, education, availing daily life facilities and getting work done from offices and courts etc. So they join circle of some politician, mafia. Now these gurus or aalim or politician live like a god and their followers rise on their coming, touch their feet or kiss their hands or handshake with reverence. Thus all these are like godfathers whether they are any spiritual guru, yoga guru, aalim, politicians, MLAs, MPs and so on and this system of reverence corrupts and dehumanize both the leader and followers and all forget about knowledge, religion, spiritualism, social reform and rush after wealth, property and power.   

Very few persons are really independent and mature and such persons have distaste for all such leadership and following.

The educated persons need to identify that all those politicians and gurus- Hindu or Muslim are simply gangsters.

 The true politician or guru will never like to be revered but will work sincerely to reform society and make a better World all his life.

Gangsters problems in India

   There are large number of gangsters and history- sheeters never convicted by any court in India, despite their active career of decades and sometimes it is heard that no gangster has been ever convicted by any court all over India since Independence. Because of this non-conviction, many such gangsters manage to become members of Parliament and State Assemblies.

So there is urgent need to constitute “ Gangsters problem in India– review and control Committees” at national, provincial and district levels comprised of members from judiciary, bureaucracy and police and legal experts.

A database is needed to be compiled and kept updated by police HQ for use of above committees:

1.     Details of all gangsters and history- sheeters.

2.     Total numbers of gangsters and history-sheeters – whole country, each province and each district

3.     Number of those released on bail

4.     Number those in prison as undertrial – these may themselves have opted to be interned for their safety or for committing crime from inside

5.     Numbers actually convicted for life or for different terms

6.     Details of those elected to Parliament and State assemblies and those holding any public office.

7.     Details of judges, bureaucrats, politicians, police and others in government service in any way associated with particular gangsters and history sheeters as detailed in above serial number 1   

Once these gangsters and history sheeters are convicted and those associated with them are exposed the society will become safe from further criminalization.

The rapist rapes and ex-rapists and potential rapists blame the victim.

It is possible that some man may be falsely implicated because of enmity as may happen with some famous person but this is not a social problem – it is a serious crime as someone is falsely implicated in murder, bribe, embezzlement or treason. And in most of such cases, it is some man or men who use or coerce woman to falsely implicate some man for political or other gains.

Or one may be having sex with some servant or subordinate and she allowed it to take advantage and when man denies her expected advantage the woman may level charge of rape.

Or one may hire a woman, such as a sex worker, for sex and not pays the woman promised amount then she may level charge of rape after this breach of contract.

Or one may be doing courtship and promises marriage and then defects then  she may level charges of rape because of this breach of contract.

When a man rapes or group of men gang rape a woman ? These men are not law abiding citizens and need no defence.

The woman belonging to weaker section – a Dalit or Adivasi woman is raped and gang raped – the rapists belong to powerful community and victim and doers live in two different societies, two different Worlds and so doers remain safe and immune.

The woman is foreigner out of her World and man or men are local and unidentifiable by her and so doers remain safe and immune from punishment.

The woman may be overwhelmed and confounded under changed circumstances of hospitals, police station, railway station, hotel and other such localities. Or woman may be under effect of alcohol, drugs or anaesthesia. Or she may be insane or of low IQ. Thus doers remain safe and immune from punishment.

The men belonging to villages and slums come to big cities for job or education or treatment and here they are unknown and feel themselves marginalized or these men misfit in cities but have political backing or are member of criminal gang – such men are danger to single woman and such men may rape, kill and run away.

Then many rapes and gang rapes are committed to teach lessons to family, caste or community of woman.  And in some places where woman is related to some revolutionary, insurgent group and in many such cases, police, paramilitary and military personnel are involved.

The rapes and gang rapes are done during riots and as hate crimes.

The rapes are done upon small girls where man is sex deviant, psychopath or does so to cure himself from venereal disease.

Except in first case, that is rare too, of false implication, there is no ground to defend man and blame woman, and if woman was coerced to make false allegation in first case then again she cannot be held guilty.

We, men, because of biological reasons, find woman sexually attractive and desire to touch, embrace, kiss and enter in her and it is also true that  we lose that deep craving after getting her or marrying her – so all this is biochemistry and we get excited by nudity and nearness and after viewing pornographic material and most of us , civilized and law abiding people, are able to control ourselves and satisfy ourselves in fancy, after nocturnal emission or through masturbation and have no inclination to proceed against consent.

Then gradually we realize the truth that film actresses and models and even those who play erotic roles or even act in blue films, they are doing their struggle for success and for  economic reasons and for their family and so are the sex workers and they all these deserve to be regarded as human beings having freedom, rights and dignity and we have no right to proceed against their consent.

So neither we, civilized and law abiding citizens, rape and molest and nor we find victim blameworthy and nor we advise any type of restraint upon girls and women.   By your nonsense talks, you are causing harm to civilized society and rule of law and helping the crime.

   

This is what women feel about danger of rape and society/religion imposed restraints

The young women have just one danger of being raped while young men have many dangers like

1.     Road accidents

2.     Dog bite

3.     Alcohol and drugs

4.     Allurement by women

5.     Sodomy rapes : at least 5% sex violence is against young boys

The societies and religions dictated many restraints upon women to save them but in modern times, if we want to save our young men then following restraints must be put upon young men:

1.     The young men should remain indoor

2.     If they come out, they should come out wearing helmet and iron cloak

3.     The use of mobile should be banned

4.      Automobiles should not be handed to them and preferably motor cycle and motor driving should not be taught to them.

These are real dangers and reasonable restraints but nobody will agree because moving out, freedom, rising high in life is more important than remaining safe and secure and this is what women feel about danger of rape and society/religion imposed restraints.

Law abiding Citizens, unite to punish criminal and corrupt

The   so called corrupt is also just a criminal  and fight is not with vague qualities of corruption and crime but against real persons who are gangsters, ministers, bureaucrats, police officers and judges and so many like them who have willfully chosen path of crime / corruption.

The law abiding citizens are supreme and are the true rulers and not those who are elected or selected to Judiciary or Parliament of any country.

There are large number of ministers, IAS, IPS, Judges and so many others who are honest and law abiding but have  become powerless before syndicate of  gangsters, criminal / corrupt ministers, bureaucrats, police officers and judges and so many like them.

The State has failed before criminal corrupt syndicate and instead we have powerless contempt conscious courts and privilege posing parliament unable to isolate, expel and punish criminal/corrupt among them.

1.     Are there no gangsters in India ?

2.     Had any gangster got convicted by any court in last 67 years since Independence ?

3.     Have gangsters not become MLAs and MPs ?

4.     What is remedy with Judiciary and Parliament ? Can these isolate, expel and punish any criminal/corrupt among them ?

No system or institution can function unless law abiding Citizens unite to isolate, expel and punish criminal / corrupt elements among ministers, bureaucrats, police officers and judges and so many others.

The eminent honest and law abiding Citizens must form a Citizens Council. They  must distance themselves from communal and caste issues and considerations because communal and caste politics is a shield, a mask for criminal/corrupt.

First thing is documentation- online and published annually report of exposed criminals / corrupt along with their misdeeds and evidences.

Next thing is prosecution in courts and other agencies like Lok Ayukt or Lokpal .

In some cases, prosecution may be required in International Court of Justice.

And some day, it may become necessary to establish Citizens Courts to prosecute and convict criminals/ corrupt and bring them to justice.

No system or institution can function unless law abiding Citizens unite to isolate, expel and punish criminal / corrupt elements among ministers, bureaucrats, police officers and judges and so many others.

There must be limit on possession of wealth and property, bank balance, jewellery, land, house and cars etc thus many persons will find no need to become corrupt.

Dalit Manifesto

This is Humanist Manifesto and named Dalit Manifesto with the hope that young educated boys and girls who are victims of discrimination because of birth in particular family will like to adopt and implement it whenever History gives them chance to do so.

1.     All men are equal; men and women are equal. The gender inequality and caste inequality and subjugation of some castes and of women are the greatest crime against humanity. The enslavement of Blacks and dispossession of Red Indians are equally condemnable and so are the Nazi holocaust and dropping of atomic bombs at Hiroshima and Nagasaki and attack on WTC. 5.     The girls and women must have full freedom to choose their life partner because they seek love and may look beyond community, caste and race and may be instrumental in mothering a new World.

6.     There must be Uniform Civil Code and religion must be confined within four walls of home.

7.     The education must be universal and uniform and no place for orthodoxy and brain washing.

8.     No place for any decrees by khaps or fatwas – all these to be banned.

9.     All of us must have new names in form of one’s name, one’s mother’s name and one’s father’s name. There should be no place for caste name.

10.                        No long lasting change can be brought by use of force and violence as is evident from history of religions and Communism. The Enlightenment is the only way.

11.                        The Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 must be implemented in its letter and spirit.

Article 28   Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.               

Article 29   1 everyone has duties to the communit1. Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible. 2. In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.3. These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.                                                                                                         

Article 30 nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.   

Eliminate land-grabbers and house- grabbers; rehabilitate landless and homeless

It is shame on human intelligence and human civilization that powerful persons and groups kill and dislodge rightful inheritors of land and house for the thing that cannot be anyone and outlasts everyone. None can be owner of land. So we must make ‘Land and House Authority’ in every State and in every city and block that will be owner for legal and administrative purposes. This body will allot land and house to respective inheritors and occupants. There must be ceiling so that nobody can be possessors of more than stipulated area. Then right of occupancy may be given to women only and men to be debarred from it as perhaps  they are more greedy and more violent and don’t know how to live happily and contented.

The World is facing problem of land and home as is Palestinian problem and those of refugees in Bangladesh and many parts of World. There are large number of homeless people in every country and city. The  UNO, the States and the Cities must build houses for such people under ‘Land and House Authority’ and allot them – the new settlement areas and colonies need to be made. This is the most urgent problem before the World. The greedy people must have option to hoard money , jewelry and gems and other things but not house and land. Those who don’t mend their ways need to be eliminated –put in jail through judicial process or eliminated  by Task Force.

Needs to take law in ones hand to weed out criminals

Whereas death penalty through judicial process is inhuman and must be immediately abolished because courts don’t see compulsions of circumstances and other social political reasons where a person is falsely implicated or has sound reasons to act as he acted under his circumstances, some members of each locality need to rise and weed out criminals from their locality.

In Indian democracy, many politicians and elected members are criminals by themselves or are closely associated with criminals and may be related by blood or through marriage alliances with criminals. The bureaucracy and police has submitted their initiatives to politicians in power. Some political parties are haven for criminals.

Under such circumstances, some honest police officers and officials must rise to eliminate criminals , politician-criminals and also pro-criminal police officers and officials. The society demands and expects this action from them.

The criminals who kill in broad daylight and those who gang rape or those who dispossess people from their homes and land and grab it must be eliminated. The ordinary human beings must decide it and must not tell anybody- not to their friends and family members and wherever they find such criminal they must eliminate or incapacitate him – this is the greatest benefaction about that one hand must not know about other. The members of victim's family must do this sacred duty silently. This is the only way to save society and if present generation will not do this task it will leave greater hell for their children.

Total freedom for you

The total freedom is freedom from perceptions, conceptions, beliefs, values and faith we were given and it lies in seeing the World and understanding it with our own eyes and mind.

We were told about God and there are three lines of action we were told to follow :

1.     Meditation on God

2.     Remembering and loving God

3.     Worshiping God and obeying His Scripture, Prophet and Clergies

We need to discard all these  beliefs and actions and direct our attention towards this World where we are for short period.

We must discard gender inequality, nationality, race, community and caste – all things that divide and discriminate and source of violence and violations and if we become able to discard all this then this is total freedom.

We human beings owe responsibility to the Nature and animals, plants and other forms of life, if we fulfill our responsibilities then this is total freedom.

In course of history, those believers of God and of gender inequality, nationality, race, community and caste have harmed large section of mankind making them slave, starving and poor.

We human beings can use our mind in betterment of all and we must use it in betterment of all – this is total freedom.

Make Citizens Watch Group and Citizens Parliaments in Democracies

The conditions prevailing in different democratic countries from US to India confirm that democracy itself is not enough to run a country on principles of equality, justice and freedom. Some of the various facts that make democracy ineffective are as follows:

1.     All people are not educated and so not able to make correct choice. In India, large number of people are illiterate, poor and backward and either they submit to others dictates or cast vote on caste and communal lines

2.     The crime and corruption has infiltrated the society, political parties and government institutions.

3.     The governments remain kind to corrupt and criminal

4.     The honest people and human rights activists are marginalized and persecuted.

5.     The governments remain blind to atrocities committed by police and security agencies.

6.     The communal, caste and fundamentalist organizations have infiltrated government, judiciary, media, police and security agencies in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

It must not be hoped there are good or bad political parties and we can change the situation by voting some good party to power, as these are same people who belong to same class, same families interconnected through marriage alliances and they have same values and same selfish interests as we have seen here in India in last 68 years.

But fortunately in every country there is a section of educated and enlightened people who don’t believe in communalism, caste and fundamentalism and who believe in humanity, equality and human rights of all people. These people use to take their stand singly or in small groups.

So in every country, it is needed educated, enlightened, humanist people make Citizens Watch Group and Citizens Parliaments because racist, communal, caste and fundamentalist are actively trying to infiltrate and dominate every institution. These Citizens Watch Groups and Citizens Parliaments will become model for masses and will be helpful in making them informed citizens.

This Citizens Watch Group must also have Inner Watch Group to identify and discard racist, communal, caste and fundamentalist who will try to infiltrate and dominate and hijack their struggle. Only the people who are essentially liberal, democratic and humanist must be the members and office bearers of this Citizen Watch Group and Citizens Parliaments in every state.

Corruption is one and not sole reason to do partiality and injustice. The ideologies and racist, communal, caste and fundamentalist views are the main reason where the doer may be honest in himself but submits to do partiality and injustice.

So such Citizen Watch Group and Citizens Parliaments must be organized at national and state level. The Citizens Watch Groups will keep watch over highest offices of governance and judiciary at national and state. The Citizens Parliaments will discuss various relevant issues and will draft and pass model Acts and then in near or remote future these may be adopted and passed by governments and political parties in Parliaments and Assemblies of the country. These Watch Groups and Parliaments will document and publish their observations, views and remedies compiled annually and available online.
