Where is the hitch in accepting Muslims are behind suicidal attacks ?

I can imagine that some fanatic Muslims may join the battalion of ISIS and become armed, attack some place, kill men, rape women, destroy the city and execute or forcibly convert people. Or I understand as it is in history as Hasan bin Saba did that he sent youth to assassinate some king or important person.

But it becomes difficult to imagine that some fanatic mulla order some youth to go to some modern advanced country, kill people at some public place and then explode themselves because Islam is against suicide.

In this case following things are required for that I find Muslims quite incompetent :

1. The selected youth must get at least 1 to 10 crores rupees transferred to their families.

2. The youths must be trained effectively and invested with self-explodable device.

3. The date and place must be decided about 6 months before.

4. There must be fool-proof way to transport them to targeted country and place and for that whole chain of intermediaries and adequate sum of money is required.

5. All at that time when majority of people hate Islam and Muslims.

Such schemes can be more likely made by different organizations – Mossad/CIA/RSS whose interests are entirely different- to malign Muslims and Islam. The children from any family of any place can be stolen and reared and brainwashed as fanatic Muslims by anyone. Such youth may be hired by any organization. Some Muslims may run such training centre and may supply youth after taking money- this they may do but rest they cannot do.
