Let us reconcile on Terrorism and Counterterrorism

After real or fake encounter of 8 SIMI activists, social media is deluged with two sorts of emotional response- one is horror at killing of eight human beings non-judicially against values of modern society and on any conspiracy hatched by BJP government and on other hand there is vehement condemnation of those who are shedding crocodile tears over killing of terrorists and what one said: Salaam to MP police if encounter id real and double Salaam if it is fake.

There are important points to be understood and agreed upon to be saved from verbal vitriolism :
1 Terrorism is a grave crime against humanity and all terrorists must be brought to justice.
2 No innocent person must be falsely implicated.

Terrorism by Muslims is specially abhorring for two reasons :
1 The country was partitioned for Muslims and so they have no reason to become violent and they must move to Pakistan.
2 Pakistan is engaged in fanning terrorism.

Modi was made PM by 33% votes to control and crush Muslim terrorism.
Now if some real Muslim terrorist is arrested then he may be released by Court in India because of lack of evidences and if Court gives death sentence a section of people get shocked and then mercy appeal to Supreme Court and President and if they get mercy again it is injustice to families suffered and if their mercy appeal is rejected and they are hanged again a section of people get shocked and many educated people are against death penalty.
So those who have pledged to crush Muslim terrorism and brought to power for that have following options ;

1 Kill the terrorists on the spot as was done in Ishrat Jahan case
2 Get them killed by fellow inmates in the jail
3 Get them killed if they get released
4 Plot their escape and then kill them
Further keep a watch on Court and if Court is going to release them then take last action.
The terrorists are enemy of humanity and human values of secularism, democracy and Human Rights and so they don’t deserve any benefit from these values.
But counter-terrorists must pledge that no innocent Muslim will be falsely implicated and killed as is true in case of Ishrat Jahan and many Muslim youth and government must ensure their release and may put conditions and limitations on their release.
Then these terrorists are just pawn in hands of greater enemies of humanity:
1 The ideology and ideologues must be defeated
2 The training camps must be destroyed
3 The funding and supply of arms and ammunitions must be disrupted
4 The politicians, clergy, scholars and wealthy people behind terrorism must be booked.
The alternative to death penalty must be sought and one I thought is that an area in forest must be cordoned for hardened criminals and they be left there to fend themselves there they themselves grow their food and procure their water away from human society.
